Nipples: To Remove Or Not Remove

Here’s a slow-motion video of me shooting the H. New pistol. This is just a blank load: 35 grains of homemade powder beneath a cotton patch. I’ve got a ball mold on the way.

Removing the nipple every time after shooting is asking for trouble it is easy the cross thread thus coursing damage to both the barrels and nipples flushing the barrel with boiling water will keep the nipple clear that is all that is needed
