Also curious about lead times on TRS kits, I've seen a lot of horror stories, so any info or advice would be great!

TRS may or may not have what you need. Call them and make it clear that you are interested in an in stock kit. Might have to call 3-4 times.

Their stocks do not have great inletting. And they are patterned 100% after an original which may have horrible architecture for shooting. Unlike other kit suppliers they don’t make modifications to make the gun suit a modern shooting stance.

Right now lock assemblers are in short supply. Some TRS locks are ok to assemble but all require real thinking and machine work. Some are full of land mines and ****y traps. I’m finishing up one of their Wilson locks which is straightforward. I do face or deep case harden their frizzens for best performance.
