I've a similar one here bought back in the 90's, I'll hunt it up and post some photos.
I have one and its perfect for the little NAA 22 magnum. Besides for priming the pan.

I utilize mine for impressing the elderly short sighted gals during lunch dates, after they've put on their spectacles and hold the little powder flask scrutinising it they make make OOO ..AAA sounds after they ask me whats it used for.

So, I bought one of these from Veterans Arms and the quality seems to be good, except..
It was not closing quite right when it arrived and further examination revealed the spring screw was stripped out, not totally, but without the spring you could feel the threads trying to hold but not. I applied some red lock-tite to it and threaded the screw in and then clamped it in place overnight and it seems to be working fine now.
Most of the small primers with spring openers you buy have spouts that are too small to work in my humid summers reliably (they clog after 5-6 shots) and I am going to try and use this as a priming flask as it has a larger internal diameter spout. YMMV.

So I purchased one of the Ebay brass flasks and yes it leaks. Upon inspection I can see that the cause is a loose / sloppy fit between the bottom of the head and shutoff valve. My original pictured above has a much tight fit and does not leak.
The shutoff valve and lever are peened together, negating easy disassembly and correction. Therefore, to close the gap I made an extension tube for the threaded end of the spout, such that it makes contact with the shutoff valve. No more leak.
