Wood dowel piece of plastic mirror glues to the end and a bright flash light.
green, red doesn't shine for my longest barrels and yellow isn't as bright as the greenSo what do you find is the best color to use? Red, green or yellow?? Thanks.
I've looked everywhere for a white one but that must be a color they no longer make.Although hard to find ... I got a white one once ... as I use those too.
I do a lot of slip bobber fishing for Walleyes and have not seen a white light for years. I don't know for sure but think the colored ones are better for after dark. You don't get the glare off the water with the colored ones like the white light. Like why the military uses colored lenses for flashlights. May be why they fell out of favor. At least in this state. And slip bobber fishing is a big deal here.I've looked everywhere for a white one but that must be a color they no longer make.

Had my bores were so bad! Need to get a .70 caliber brush!
Those work so well. (In a clean shop)Nice! And cheaper than the lighted archery nocks I've been using.
Unfortunately I believe these are "flashers" and not a solid white light.
Thanks for the correction.Unfortunately I believe these are "flashers" and not a solid white light.
An older thread but just adding my 2 cents. I have a traditions light (about $15) which is very good when it stays lit, but is very flaky in operation. I got a dozen of the above lights for $8.99 and they seem to work great. I got the white ones which are too bright. I'd recommend getting one of the colored ones. I simply spray painted one of mine red and it is fine. With a dozen lights I can experiment with different colors and amount of paint to control the lighting.Amazon. I got 12. Switchable
