Does anyone know of a source for 1858 Remington wood grips that have a different contour then the factory ones?
I never liked the way the grips tapered down smaller at the top, making it harder to hold the gun tight enough retard my hand from sliding too far up towards the action.
Colts have the perfect profile (for me).
Maybe some type of target grips that are a little wider at the top can be bought ?
 
I thought about the gun grip site listed above until I got a better look at their grips. Just my opinion. Couple pics from their site.
