This is an older Investarms Hawken Carbine that I rebuilt into a Germanic style rifle for hunting and some longer range. It has an elkhorn cap, carving, cattle horn scroll inlay, etc. The barrel is 24", chrome lined, and a very fast twist (around 24/1"). With the twist, I shot a heavy and long cast bullet (mold included) with no patch and about 70gr. 1.5Fg. Originally I had a Tasco repro scope on it and it would cloverleaf shots at 100yd and drove tacks. I recently exchanged it out for a Pedersoli Swiss peep as I wanted to see my sights better at the first and last 30 min. of hunting hours

Rifle with mold - $650

When I first got on Facebook I used the pseudonym, Pinnashon Gegare (wasn't sure about Facebook and being a teacher/being able to be found). That is the name of a historical Frenchman in the fur trade here in WI. My, then young, daughters didn't understnad the French name and called me Phineas George instead.

Definitely an investarm that's been carved on and customized. Pretty cool lookin

Hi could we please get info on your hat, did you felt this yourself, what kind of fur and or hair, % thank you.

What in the world type of pipes are those? My brother used to play highland pipes and Ulian pipes, but I dont recognize those.
I was momentarily confused and realized I had other photos in that Pinterest link. Those are French pipes (cornemuse du centre). I cannot really play them too much. I play highland pipes and Scottish smallpipes
