This looks like a combination of antique and modern components. The heavy .38 barrel has a SN under breech end. It is 28x1 1/16 with a fast twist of around 1:21.5. I believe the stock to be antique with a GOLCHER lock and functional double set triggers. Brass fitted. The barrel held in with three pins. Both the breech of barrel and the tang face are roughly ground off. Stock has two hairline cracks shown in photos. LOP is 13 3/8". Weighs about 9.9 lbs. $275 + Shipping.
