My daughter. She eats the Pheasant and rabbit. Likes both allot.

I have to cook this rabbit for her..

She doesn't like anything on it.. No seasoning. no butter. No oil. nothing. Just Plain..

Easy huh..

I'm just thinking..

Oven bake it. Pan. water. foil over top..

Our just boil it for 20 min or so.

Last time... I cooked it with potatoes oninions and stuff in the oven.. she ate it all but complained I put something in the juice.

On a stick over a fire according to the movies? Maybe salt it first and let sit a while, then rinse off the salt before roasting? Interesting problem.

Tried that once, maybe a bad rabbit, but it was beyond tough.

The last time I cooked rabbit I made rabbit and dumplings, just substitute it for chicken.

Right..

There's allot of ways I want to cook them kinda..
If I put anything on her food she don't eat it.. lol even butter or oil. She will say I did somting to the juice that's not good.

Venison the same.. I boiled it for her.

the fact she can eat it like that is cool.
Not many people eat the game like that.
