    Thanks! He also said he aquired these from the failed hbo Lewis and Clark miniseries that began production near Calgary but eventually tanked. Can’t prove that but adds some interest i guess.

    Picked this up today…. Seller called it a “trade rifle” it’s a 50cal rifled bore. Can’t find any info on the F Woods marked on the barrel ! No 8 engraved on the buttplate. Also came with a horn and a canvas bag….seems to be well put together ! Antiqued looking finish. Dusty Bore appears...
