    thanks for that ,as stated gary measured the bore at .69 cal.the mould im using is slightly undersized.the balls roll down happily and fit snugg with a patch.the man doing the mould is a toolmaker and has all the guages etc so i should have a good result from this .all advice greatly received...

    the main reason for doing it is i suppose for the hell of it.we cant hunt deer n the like as you can so il just see what happens to various targets .some of the list will include swedes ,turnips and maybe the odd grapefruit.vicious them grapefruits need controlling :haha:

    we had one in our caravan and evening time when they go sluggish ,i went one step further and loaded my pressure washer with tar remover and blasted it to bits.as stated the soapy water does them so they cant fly.the nest dissoles in water so no wadding but the wasps die so no stung grandkids...

    bury it for a month,in nice loam or other wet soil.it was in a tv prog on how the fakers age "antiques"to fool ebay customers .itl come out nice n dull.
