    Unbeatable bore rust

After I clean mine I dry it well then run a patch down with bear grease, I go back the next day and run another patch with bear grease. I pretty much live in a swamp but have never had an issue with rust once the barrel is coated with the bear grease

    June Postal Match Target

I was have been using that load for 25 years in a .54 cap lock. When I finished the Kibler it was the first load I tried figuring I would work down from there. As luck would have it, the gun shot better than I can see to shoot it so I have never tried anything else

    Have you bought?

When I was a very young man, I was as poor as I could be. I had a .54 renegade and was able to shoot in the local weekend muzzle load shoots here in East Texas. It turned out I was pretty good at it and if I didn't win I would be in the top 2 or 3 and the older guys would always leave a can of...

    Woodsrunner CNC Incised Carving

I did not intend to insult anyone when I said I would not buy another carved rifle. I am not into the history of the guns. I hunt with them, Hogs mostly. All I was saying Is that I prefer the sleek look of a smooth stock .

    Kibler Fowler available.

for what it is worth….. you sold at least one 16 gauge fowler because you offered it in extra fancy maple. I can’t imagine caring about the gun having a period. This is my 3rd Kibler. I buy them to hunt with. It will end up with a semi gloss finish and a deep blue barrel and lock. The only...

    Woodsrunner CNC Incised Carving

I am in the same boat. I wish I had spent my money on a prettier piece of wood rather than a carved stock.
