    Whistle pig with the 45

    Nice shooting Brian. I think groundhog taste like squirrels. Put them in a slow cooker with baby carrots, celery, potatoes, onions, seasoning, etc. They turn out tender. And good. Just make sure you get ALL the scent glands off. I think there is 6. Two are under the arm pits that are easy to miss.
