    Hello everyone I have a question about underlugs. I have a fusil de chasse and I cut it down to a 38" barrel which left the middle and rear underlugs. They are braised on. Is that enough to hold the stock or will I have to install another? Thank you for your input.

    My favorite load for squirrels is a 380 ball a twenty thousandths ticking patch and 20 gr of fff. Can put 3 shots in a fifty cent piece at 25 yards.

    Did you happen to scrub the packing geese out of the bore. I. Have three of them that grease is really hard to scrubb out.

    Hey Mike I have done a number of bbl.'s. it is not hard just wrap the barrel with masking tape where you will be cutting and mark the tape for cut. remove barrel from stock clamp in padded vice and cut with a hack saw, try to cut as square as possible, once this is done gently file end of barrel...

    Hey 82 I have a pedersoli frontier rifle that likes ffg 777. It likes 20 gr. for squirrels and 60 gr. for every thing else. It will shoot into one hole at twenty five yards. Good shooting and God bless.

    Hey Rob I don't know if this would work for you. I have been using the tubes that the bore brushes come in from klean bore. they are not to big but still hold plenty of powder. Good luck with your trade rifle.
