    I always thought the early barrels had deeper grooves. I bet that barrel will love a patched ball. I have a 15/16 green mountain barrel 45 cal lrh stainless, bore is good minus to spots in it. Also it does not have sights I’d trade even for that barrel if you would be interested.

    With a tight patch it turns half a rotation in the 22” barrel length. I’d guess that’s 1-48” twist. Also I found out a green mountain lrh barrel fits in the stock with the barrel under lug removed. The under lug is a little long.
