He’s a smart kid and picked a good rifle, so I’m going to do my best to find him one. Thanks for the good review. Choice 2 is a trade rifle and those seem a bit easier to find….

Lyman quit making the right handed percussion 54's a while back.I'd sell my new one but unfortunately it wouldn't be for cheap

I've got one, a .50 caplock, essentially nib, I don't recall if I've shot it but if I have it might have been once. What would you consider a fair price? This one is in the original packaging.
