Rifle was bought and hunted with once years ago, and put away in a closet all those years ago.
Bore is perfect, and a blemish on the stock as pictured from the hunt. Rifle in super shape for age!
550.00 shipped

Old timer said he shot at a deer, but missed! I am thinking this rifle was never zeroed

I was advised to look for any markings on the barrel. The only marking I can find is this one pictured here.
I know zilch about the barrel history on these guns. I was told Douglas and Sharon produced barrels for them.
There is zero foreign proof marks anywhere on this barrel, so I am assuming it's American made? I think he bought
it around 1977-78

I think you've got a .45 caliber TC Hawken, made in USA. It says "Thompson Center" on it, so it's pretty easy to guess that it's a TC made barrel, all of their stuff was made in the USA. Even though it's not marked "Hawken" on the barrel, the stock and barrel make it so. Nice gun!
