    I will try to make copies with sheet bronze. Or just have the originals engraved that came with the rifles. I may leave the Ron Scott alone as it is.

    Since two of my flints are Kibler, would I be easier to buy the side plates and have them engraved? My third rifle and make one, though it is almost the same as the Kiblers. Maybe I’ll make one.

    Just snagged a French Flintlock Pistol - early 1800s about 21" long, 13" Smoothbore. .46cal Just found a neat display case at Goodwill. $4.09! Mahogany. Now some velvet, foam and a mailbox lock.
