    Round ball and blood trails

And your wrong again ! My other handle is stikshooter/35 yrs of instinctive shootin . You go your way and I'll go mine but my arrows get more penetration usually more blood and less noise than your RB . When you mentioned not a lot of difference is when I call BS, of course it's not even close...

    Round ball and blood trails

Shot was exactly where it was supposed to be ,like I said and that profile as described was lung hit at rear of lung with no blood on new snow . I now shoot Lyman Great Plains 54 and the last few on snow went feet and lay down ,one @ 136yds I watched after shot go down and sat close to a hour...

    Kibler side effect?

Could not have said better , pointing out the obvious ! Like critiquing the menu but haven't ever eaten there . Like in a previous post ,another example of folks talking and not knowing and then wonder why the ranks of BP shooters are dwindling /Edf

    Kibler side effect?

I agree to each their own , wish more would practice that and not opine on challenges/skills /parts . Diversity is the only thing separating us from the rest (I find that interesting . Building from a blank is not for everyone but unless your the builder your paying /waiting for someone else...

    .45 Caliber: Deer?

Could not have send the obvious any better , glad someone said it ! Too many on forums talk about RB performance and their accuracy levels on the internet ignoring their obvious limitations in reality . Bigger is always better unless squirrel hunting ! That's why barkin was used ./Ed

T/C Renegade: Another “damaged in shipment” story…

I am just the opposite , in my case USPS beats UPS and the UPS is 20+ miles each way while smaller stuff goes in my mail box 30 yds away (PO) is 6 miles away and frequently cheaper ./Ed

    Round ball and blood trails

Broad side /quartering coming or goin a conical (pure) tends to get a exit more often hence better blood trails at more yardage ,I prove it every year ! I can keep my 54/50 cal in 1/2 a 9 inch plate @190 yds (our short range ) with conicals Thanks to my (sights ) on all the Renegades (1-48...

    Round ball and blood trails

Most are not (artists) at tracking ,me I need a blood trail (RAY CHARLES COULD FIND) he is and was dead and blind hence conicals ! No one can argue with that simple fact ,every shot is not perfect so go big or stay home and practice more ! big lead kills more /further and shows why with big...

    Round ball and blood trails

In my case you'd be wrong , 6 inch of fresh snow feeding quartering in head down ,later measured 83 yds (ranged) near quarter broke ranged thru to far shoulder ball under hide . This is where wrong enters ! No hair /blood and watched buck head into the neighbors woods (maybe 90 yds) with...
