Pedersoli Breech And Tang Gap Help

J B Weld would be ok, but any good quality epoxy material would work. You can dye it, and also mix fine sanding dust from other gunstocks in the epoxy, to kind of reinforce it. I just recently built a Pedersoli Penn Rifle flinter kit .50 cal, and did the whole barrel. Just be sure to use a...

    Anyone in Wisconsin sell BP?

All you can do is get on your phone and call all the gun stores/sports stores in your area. Dont be surprised if some of them mix "real black" up with pyrodex, or worse yet dont know what it is. In order for a store to sell black powder, they have to have a "magazine" so big, and so many feet...

    A Pedersoli Brown Bess Kit

A Pedersoli, being an Italian gun, will have a date code stamped on the barrel. Usually a sqaure box with 2 letters in it. The newer Italian made guns also have a regular date code on them, next to the box. Dave

    Looking To Upgrade Factory Nipple...

Ive allways had very good luck, and usage from Tresso nipples, in my Muskets. These are the brass colored nipples, made from what I think they call ampco. I don't think you would gain anything by changing to a nipple that fires # 10, or #11 caps. you would be fumbling to cap it more likley...
