    I had about the same results as Eric, lots of slugs, no tape, glue or twisting. Tried a few different types of paper. The Beretta is not choked, the SkyChief load groups like a modern choked gun.

    20 Gauge Advantage?

    20 ga flintlock for me is the perfect middle ground. Where I live and hunt it’s all short range, I don’t need to move much, and it will take a deer or turkey (or any other game around here) for food.

    I have a lathe so that is an option, the holes can be brazed, I know the owner of the welding shop in Winsted.

    Look up taking apart a T/C lock. Use a pipe cleaner wrapped around the pin to compress the spring, that should come out first

    Hammer completely down, less spring tension. I highly recommend doing it over a baking pan with a towel or rag in it, keeps small screws from bouncing for miles.     I used a pipe cleaner to remove the spring. Everything else is screwed together. Look up T/C lock disassembly
