Love this thread.... I use Ballisol and water and dawn for moose milk. Can field clean with it. Hot water clean is my favorite. Also not kidding at all, formula 409 is pretty amazing for cleaning. Follow with hot water and when dry pure ballisol. But now kidding.....I am also thinking you...

Hi all, I have a barrel that is in real bad shape and an accompanying percussion lock that is OK. I want to make them into a smooth bore blanket gun. I could use a stock in really any condition. I will be cutting it back smoldering and for stock and adding copper wire etc. So broken scarred...
