SOLD - Pending funds Hot off the bench! Kibler Woodsrunner 50 cal!!

I just finished this one and it’s a dandy. This is an upgrade to fancy maple stock. The barrel and trigger are finished flat gray with Brownells 4440, the lock is torch blue (except the frizzen). The only wart is one tiny worm hole on the comb which has been filled. Brass parts are lightly...

SOLD Kibler SMR walnut stock 45 cal.

I just finished this. I’m actually going to add a couple more coats of finish. It’s a feather weight, it’s fast, and it’s accurate. I shot the target this morning. The high shot was the first shot. 25 yards from a light rest. The iron parts are lightly washed in 4440 cold blue and scrubbed...

The rifle features a 40” straight walled 13/16” gain twist Bob Hoyt barrel, brass plate Chambers large Siler lock and Davis early double knife set triggers. Trigger pull is 13 1/2”. I would guess the weight at...

    Flint Leather, Side Fit

The great thing about this thread that I see is that there are a whole bunch of right ways of doing something. If it works for you, good on you!

    Flint Leather, Side Fit

Your new rifle will be happy with both 7/8” and 3/4” and will shoot them long past the time you think they are worn out. I’ll put a few of each in the crate when I ship it to you!!! I learned that a little excess leather on the top of the flint will protect it from fracture in case the...

SOLD Kibler Woodsrunner, Cherry stocked 45 caliber

This is a brand new gun. I have shot it 5 times only for test purposes. I’m still warming up to stains and finish for cherry and after much toning, scrubbing, and layering have come up with this color. I did a very small amount of distressing to the stock and it has a nice worn in and...

SOLD Kibler Carved Woodsrunner 45 caliber with Rice Set Trigger

The way I install and tune this trigger will allow you to cock in both positions without setting the trigger. It’s likely that I would never want to sell a rifle that won’t work this way. I do this with safety as the paramount.
