    A nice looking gun just hope it shoots ok for you , I used to make my own tubes using copper tubing purchased from a model make shop that was way back in the 1980,s,If you have not shot a tube lock you will find no difference to a percussion cap .Good luck on your purchased . Feltwad

    I did not say the gun is a fake but the proof marks are not correct and been added at a later date . Maybe the gun is either import in or American made has there was no proof house and stamped with fake English, proof marks at a later date .also the name is not recorded in English gun maker...

    Most likely fake proof marks I have noticed this happens on altered antiques and new made reproes in the States something which you rarely see in the UK and against the UK law which here if caught will surly end up with a jail sentence. Feltwad
