    Taylors is an importer. I don't think they're pistols are any better or worse than the other importers. I have bought four Uberti percussion revolvers from gun shops and all the boxes had Taylor's stickers and all were very nice fit and finish.

    Colt 1860 Vs Remington New Model

    Short arbor with the wedge hammered in tight = pie shaped barrel cylinder gap with barrel not parallel to cylinder bore = gun that shoots way high. Pettifogger points this out.
