Sorry to hear that, but as you said it could've been worse. At least you'll be able to enjoy being there! Hope you heal up fast.

    Muzzleloader season camp

Great looking camp you've got there. I spent several years in a tent and have sworn them off, but your pictures have got me thinking of giving it another shot. Congratulations on the doe as well. Good luck out there.

12G new Englander and steel shot-The TC owners manual rec'd load

They used to offer a #3 & #5 mix. I never tried it but sounds like it should work for ducks. We use #1 for geese #3 for ducks. I'd load #5 for woodies and teal, but just use the 3s because we usually see mallards and black ducks at the same time. Good luck!

12G new Englander and steel shot-The TC owners manual rec'd load

    Which Kibler Kit?

The shortest barrel muzzleloader I have is 42". I hunt with all of them and don't find barrel length to be an issue. Just my .02 cents but any woods I fit through, my rifle will as well. Again this is just my experience.

Any chance we'll see powder from Goex in 2023 ?

I remember everyone crying that someone needed to buy goex and someone did. Hopefully those people will buy their product when it's available, whenever that happens. I have goex on hand and also the imports, like all of it. I sure do miss driving in to the local shop to buy American made powder.
