A .45 caliber TC Hawken precussion rifle will do exactly what you want and they are generally available used. As will a Lyman with the bullet barrel if you want a new rifle. You can find the scope mounts for a Hawken on E-bay sometimes. The hammer is in the way of the scope on a muzzleloader...

For me it has to be a target model with the rear sight. I just can not shoot through the notch in the hammer.
