I mean every one of mine has one because I aquired another one for them.
Was easy to think of and do,I aint that smart.
So I figure if I thought of it so did someone else.
Their brains were actually smarter than ours.
My 1858 replicas did not come with spare cylinders but every one has one now and a pouch to carry it.
Been carrying a capped and loaded cylinder in said pouch for almost a year now and it hasn't gone off yet on my belt.
😳
I have done it on horseback at a canter but I have been riding a long time.........oh so did they.
😆
If in Indian territory or a mining situation I would have been as well armed as pssible and still be able to function.
Getting caught alive was not the way to go.
I am loving mine as well in 36 and 44.
The target models sights are the only difference between the models with 8" barrels.
I do really like the modern sight profile but it aint necessary.
After the second or third cylinder I was having issues with the paper clogging the nipples to the point picking would not clear it took disassembly to remove the plugs.
I just got some .36 bore mops from tow that will not fit down a 36 caliber barrel.
Grabbed a few different calibers all fit well except the .36 and .32 both were way too large but the .32 works great in the .36.
I had problems with those backing partway out the cylinder under recoil and jamming the cylinder.
The Kerrs from erasgone seat, shave a ring and stay in place.
Still like balls better though.
I met him in person and purchased a Investarms with zero problems at all struck me as a nice guy.
Didn't know it was the same guy till now doesn't change anything.
