    Powder measures can be made with a drill and some wood files and sandpaper very simple . You can buy some carving tools also , I make my powder measures from deer antlers .

    Dont over think this as already said start with around 50 grains of 2f black powder and increase in 5 grain increments until you get the most accurate load as all guns are different I believe I would stay under 120 grains because your shoulder will thank you for it .
