    I guess for me the reason one would use a bore sighter for iron sights is that it takes vary little time to sight your gun dead on :idunno:

    I have done it on several guns with iron sights it works great also used it on my fowler with no rear sight it helped me correct my hold :thumbsup:

    I think that is a question that will answer it self after you get one. I always shot caps but admired the looks and history of flint. :thumbsup: but beware once i started shooting mine my other guns just collect dust

    After some good advise from Dan Phariss I bought a tanner mold. He made it and shipped the day I called. Had it in seven days for 35.00(from across the pond)I can barely get something from California in seven days. He dose nice work

    you should try a rich pierce flint if you haven't allready.14.00 a dozen .I have one in my gun right now with almost 100 shots on it and have not had to touch it yet :thumbsup:

    Flushing Flash Chamber w/ Alcohol before Hunting

    I tried the alcohol when hunting with cap until i had a problem with it not evaporating once. the fumes trapped in the flash Chanel caused my cap to disintegrate which i found out when i went to unload that night so after that i went back to snapping a cap :thumbsup:
