    In most cases the rifle will outshoot the shooter. But thats not the really true with a flinter .A TC makes a fine shooting percusion. guys win shoots with TCs right out of the box. TCs flinters can be made to shoot sort of. There`s a reason experanced flint lock shooters have custom guns...

    yup that to . but a lot of the fun of black powder is buying as little as possible. About the only thing i have`t made is the barrel and flint lock. but i am working on a barrel machine.

    Trigger parts don't add up

    Just the mackanics of that trigger will make for a very heavy pull . Like whats already been said pin it up higher in the top front corner. :thumbsup: Also move the finger part back derrectly under where the trigger meets the sear.... Wish i could draw on this fool thing.

    this is my first reply cause i just joined. and i might sound harsh i don`t mean to be.. but trying to shoot a prodution flintlock can be a real exersise in frusteration . But if you do get a prod. flinter get a good lock to put on it . A siler kit don`t cost much.

    i have been a buck skinner for about 22 years starting with a tc renegade now i shoot my own flintlocks made with green mountain barrels and l-r locks
