    Memphis, TN Store recommendation

    I was born, raised, and lived in Memphis until 6 years ago. Take the two hour drive north on Highway 51 to Union City and visit Dixie Gunworks. It's worth the trip! I 2nd the motion on the Rendevous....they cook a dry rub rib that is superb. It was Elvis' favorite bar-b-que place.

    cleaning tip, just want to verify

    I've always used a little mild, liquid dishwashing detergent and hot water, followed by a boiling hot water rinse. The boiling hot water will heat the barrel and the barrel will then get dry very quickly.
