    thanks , hey that cutoff .17 case sound like good idea , i'l have to try it, I used a cutoff 32-20 case for the end of my ball starter. for my .45 cal.

    ou got it frosty , heck I even shot my ramrod out once by accident . what ever goes in has to come out.

    I have to agree with you too I have one in .45 the only change i made was buying a green mountain 36 in. barrel my preferance , no fault with the standard barrel . got mine in the mid 80's maybe they were built better then I don't know.

    Hi Mike , what kind of rod do you use to load the small .32 .I've heard you have to use a steel or brass rod for that small bore .

    I like the looks of that gun but I never heard of crocket, who makes them? I'm shooting alyman plains rifle .45 with lite loads 35gr. 3f. 36inch barrel. I heard the .32 and .36s are hard to load you need a tree near by to load them after a few shots , is there any truth to this?
