    the wood on the pistol is near perfect. metal looks like better condition then most online. It had belong to the estate of someone who served ww2 in Europe. I only paid $200 for it. I did not know if it was a repo or original so I priced it as such.

    attic gets hot. crawl space is exposed to outside air, the crawlspace will have no spark source, garage has sparks

    There is no Roman numerals on this 1851. It is in the 2,000 serial range and has GU mark. There is no warning about black powder. What year would his have been made? Pre 60s?
