    .44 Peitta PC pistol confusion

Stainless isnt just for looks Go outside in a freezing or humid enviroment, and then come back inside a hour later Condensation is a gun killer, and SS helps keep the rust issue down Thats why SS big bore revolvers and rifles are so popular in Alaska and other cold wet environments. Still...

    New UPS Regs

The whole FFL thing to me, wouldnt work, or even be a justified regulation anyhow unless the shipper and receiver had an FFL. (Leave BP guns out of this) You can cut and paste UPS regs all day long, but wether or not the weapon gets seized or not is up to the how the employee views the reg...

Deadwood HBO series Wild Bills draw

Loved the series: Question on Wild Bills draw and pistol in the series, specifically the scene where him and Bullock draw on the man on horseback (highwayman) 1. It looks as if Bill pistol was a converted percussion pistol to cartridges? 2. Is it true that BP percussion pistols started to...

Any of you guys ever use one of these?

Hmmmm Sorry, dont agree. Once the firing started, everyone knows we were here? Yes. But exactly where? No. But tracer fire coming out of my barrel will. But its a forum, and all input should be appreciated otherwise we would be reading empty spaces

Any of you guys ever use one of these?

Oh boy Tracers to indicate a need to change mags? BAD idea: Lets the bad guys know I am about to reload, and in the least gives away my position. Tracers are hard on smaller caliber weapon barrels. Stuffing mags to the max? YOU BET. The quickest mag change is the one you DONT have to...

Any of you guys ever use one of these?

Use a pad if needed. Who cares what anyone else thinks. The old saying, "It doesnt take practice to be miserable: That comes naturally" is so true
