#11 caps and scams

Why is it that every time I actually find #11 caps supposedly in stock it seems like the website selling them is super sketchy only accepting bit coin or some other weird payment method?

I would be happy to just fine some caps for sale from a reputable source that passes the scam test. I just google the business and ask if its a scam. so far most of them have failed.

There's a scam out there for everything. They are basically the digital version of counterfeiters.
