I HAVE A1860 UBERTI THATS AWSOME TROUBLE IS THAT I REPLASED NIPPLES WITH STEEL NIPPLES AND CAPS GO OFF ONLY SOMETIMES ARE THE NIPPLES PROBLEM OR A LAZY MAINSPRING
Probably the nipples. They are probably bigger in diameter where the cap fits than the ones they replaced. You can either polish/grind/sand them down or try larger caps.
