One of the biggest events of the year is coming up shortly. 225th of Cowpens looks like it will be a great event. It looks like 25+ cavalry, a very large contingent of infantry and even a healthy dose of light artillery will be on hand as well.

If you are anywhere near the Carolinas, you should think about this one.

It was a bit cold and windy on the first day and there were some parking issues, but otherwise, was a very good event.

The battle seemed more correct on the first day in that the accidental about face, reloading and second about face to fire into the advancing Brits was great. The second day did not work as well since we reset the location to give a better view to the spectators and this ruined the correctness of the terrain and also caused confusion on the timing.

Sometimes it all comes together and sometimes it just does not...

Still, it was a good time.
