Those are looking good. What is there to get tired of?
How big are the knives and how about a few more pictured of the sheaths?

Never get tired of quailty hand work. Beautiful job and i especially like that file work

We never get tired of looking at good work, but at what point do you think this should be considered ADVERTISING! If Ford posted a photo of every new car they made, wouldn't you think that violated the "no advertising" rules? :shake:

I dunno about that. We get to see darned near every new gun a builder makes here on the site. I'd say it just takes longer to build the guns, so knives show up quicker.

Careful what you wish for.

I guess at the point he offers them for sale..As of yet he hasnt that I know of

James, Great looking knives! 99% of us love to see quality craftsmanship and I haven't seen a for sale sign on any of them either! You should offer some of these in the Classified Ads!

Rick

Why would you say that carl?
Did i list a price?
Did i list contact information?
Could you be reading what you want into it?
Maybe you should crawl down off your high horse!
If claude or any other moderator has a problem with me posting picts of the knives i make then it is their place to say something. Until then i am going to post a picture of every one i make.
If you must know these three are gifts to my sons!
I put a lot of time and care into my work, and yeah, im kinda proud of the way most of them turn out.

You should be proud..keep posting pics of your knives I enjoy seeing them

I think I want to advertise here, that some village may be missing their idiot, and I think I have an idea of where he may be found.

And their rationale is, as long as they don't say "for sale", it's not advertising, even though everyone knows they're in business. That's BS and they know it. Especially the guys who post the 'beauty shots' from their web sites. People just don't want to call it what it is.

Lonehunter your doing real nice work Im jealous keep on going :) A couple years ago I got into blacksmithing because I wanted to ever since I was a kid . I do post pics of things that are of this time period or at least I think they fit in, guess I am looking for opinion of whats made and share with you all and like to brag alittle show what I can do with hot steel, so I dont see what the big deal is if someone likes something they see and would like something made. There is alot of talent here and I thought thats what this area was for to show things that are made and discuss on how its done

Lonehunter your boys going to be proud to have those in there hips. And tell anyone who made them .Nice work.

Carl, I'll call it what it is. It is showing off your work and skills. Good, bad, or indifferent. Period!!!! :cursing: :blah:
