Yes, tacked at home durning a cold February. Used a paper punch and a sheet of yellow paper for the basic layout.

Different strokes for different folks , I like plain unembellished stocks and let the wood do the talking , but there is nothing inherently wrong with all those tacks , they are well placed .

At the price he's asking - if it shoots reliably and accurately it's a great deal. I wouldn't get picky about appearances unless I was in the four-digit market. Besides, tacks are probably the easiest thing to "undo".
