Anybody know where I can purchase a .36 caliber wad hand punch for making wads for my Navy? I know it needs to be 3/8" diameter, but I'm having trouble finding one.

Harbor Freight Tools. Tru-Value Hardware. Any of the big hardware chains.
You may have to buy an entire set just to get the one you want, but sets made in China are cheap. Something like $10 or less. You may be able to use the other punches for other calibers, or uses.

See the Buffalo Arms website at http://www.buffaloarms.com.
Buffalo Arms of Ponderay, Idaho offers a variety of wad punches. The drill-press mounted kind is $20, in calibers .38, .40, .44, .45 and .50. The hammer-struck wad punch is $18 each, in .32, .38, .40, .43, .44, .45, .50 rifle calibers. 38-40, 44-40 and 45 pistol calibers. The reloading press-mounted wad punch is made in calibers .25 to 12 gauge and costs $52 to $75, depending on size. The press-mounted wad punch will shell out hundreds of wads in an hour, if that

Hollow Hole Punches

I bought a set at Harbor Freight. I bought some construction insulation felt at the building supply store and make my own. Just make sure to lube them heavy and they work fine for me....

Cayugad,

Now that was useful. Thank you for saving me a bunch of money.

You can get a regular 3/8" punch at every hardware-store. 3/8" = 0.375", the regular size of a ".38" revolver-chamber.

Cost is very much less than the BP supply sources.
