Where can I find pre-made wool-felt wads that are true .45 rifle bore size? Those I have purchased are for pistol and rifle and they fit loosly in the rifle. I dont want to make my own.

I doubt you will find them.
Wads in a rifle generally are not needed, However some shooters find wads desirable. Try 100% cotton flannel. Cut a rectangle 5/8x1 1/4 inch. Lube then fold in half. Ram home and tamp. Then run your PRB down
