These were made by Numrich Arms in the 1970s. While very cool, factory mainspring are notoriously weak. A number of tricks can make them stronger and if you aren't a tinkerer, muzzleloaders probably aren't your thing. In any event, this rifle appears unfired. Bores super clean and shiny. Wood and metal Very Good Plus. No rust or serious handling marks. The 28" barrels are .45 and 1/48 twist. A little green verdigris on buttplate. $550 + Shipping.
