Even scammers money talks? I bet if he sent a MO that cashed he'd have a rifle soon thereafter? NOT suggesting anyone here a scammer BTW, just sayin............

Very true.

It ain't buyers to worry about, it is the sellers to worry about.

I didn't have any desire to purchase one but a young boy came to me with one of Lymans kits,.54 cal. GPR and wanted me to put it together for him. I put it together and blued the needed parts . We took that rifle out the very next weekend to see if it was any good. Just to see if it would shoot, I put a gallon plastic jug out at 50 yards and told the boy to shoot it. He shot and that jug exploded. To say I was shocked is an understatement. That rifle fired every time and it was accurate. It changed my opinion on kit guns. If I didn't have a good rifle I would gladly purchase this one.

i bought it several years back and its been in my safe ever since. I didnt know there was a recall. What was it recalled for?

(“Lyman”) is voluntarily recalling black powder rifles and pistols due to the potential of separation in the breech plug. Lyman maintains a safety-first approach, so despite finding only a few firearms affected and no reported injuries, we are offering a recall program to have the issue corrected.
