Hi all,
I have finished a beautiful Kibler rifle, the Colonial rifle in .54 caliber. It has a very lovely Fancy Maple stock which I have dyed a rich reddish-brown. I have added some carvings and also a brass toe plate. I have not fired it yet, but am pretty confident it will be as accurate as are all Jim's rifles.
The weight is 8 pounds (I cant be exact).
Specs as as follows:
The stock has a pull of about 13 5/8” and a drop of approximately 2 3/4” and cast off of approximately 3/16".
Buttplate is approximately 2” in width and slightly over 5” in height.
3.25” custom profiled barrels. Breech 1.125” and waist approximately .800”. A very nice contoured barrel. It comes standard in square bottom rifling.
Kibler's CNC Round Faced English Flintlock.

I am offering this beautiful rifle for $1950 plus shipping to the lower 48 only, where permitted. ($30 east of the Mississippi and $60 west of the Mississippi.

This is a bit of a discount since the rifle kit arrived to me with a small ding on the lock mortise (which you can see in the close-up photo below). It is small and I did not feel it warranted any special repair.
I would accept discrete Paypal friends and family or US Postal or Bank Money Order.
Additional photos gladly upon request.
Thanks!
Bob

Beautifully done! What did you use to finish the stock and barrel? Did you sign the top flat on the barrel? If not, you ought to start. You are really getting the hang of building these things. Once again, very well done!
