Rifled has greater accuracy at distances pass 50 yards.

I used to own a TC Pennsylvania Hunter, which was a PRB rifle and it had a 1:66 twist. I killed 3 deer and several groundhogs with it, but never past 50 yards. However, it shot 1 1/2" groups at 50 yards, all day long and I never complained.
