Ballshooter
50 Cal.
The 58 can shoot 50 and 54 cal roundballs with the right patch combo. I have tried it just to see what it would do it shot surprisingly well.
Because you really want one.I don’t have a .58 caliber percussion rifle?
Please tell me, why should I get one?
Thanks

Buffalo Hunter is a nice handling rifle. I was surprised the accuracy of mineI have a 58 Kibler Colonial, a 58 Flint full stock plains/Hawken and a Navy Arms 58 Buffalo Hunter.
They work well.

Okay, whoa, wait a minute! I hear ya! Let me see what I can do!After reading 2+ pages of twisted rationalization all I have to say is- get one cuz you want one. Otherwise, turn in your muzzleloader card before you leave the room.
Well, just so happens, I do have a .62 caliber smoothbore.I cant figure out why a guy would want to mess around with a small potato shooter when a 62 caliber would be way cooler. Especially in a rock lock with a smoothie. Just sayin
See, with a 58 and the 62, you would be the coolest kid on the block!Well, just so happens, I do have a .62 caliber smoothbore.
Well h*ll then pull up yer britches and step up the the plate and go for the gusto. Grab onto to 75 and get er doneWell, just so happens, I do have a .62 caliber smoothbore.
Okay, I have a cannon also. But it’s just for blanks.Well h*ll then pull up yer britches and step up the the plate and go for the gusto. Grab onto to 75 and get er done
I have a Dixie Hawken Hunter in .58 and it is an awesome rifle but with the 620 grain maxi and 150 grain charge of 2F it likes, it's plumb grim to shoot ! I had a Buffalo Hunter from Dixie for awhile but it was not as accurate as the Hawken Hunter.Buffalo Hunter is a nice handling rifle. I was surprised the accuracy of mine
If one wants a .58 cal. replica fliMost likely you don't have a musket. Get a flintlock 58 cal musket. Muskets open another way of shooting BP.

Yes, but no one's ever seen a real sasquatch let alone shot one! Although the earliest settlers would have! Should their existence ever be confirmed, they will instantly be placed on the 'protected species' list! With a .58, everything from Elk to Sasquatch tremble in their Fur!!
I recently held & admired an ORIGINAL Zouave; it was 'un-issued' of course, and nearly perfect condition. The fit, finish, and quality of the materials was above that of the replicas, much as we all love them. I have a nice repro Zouave now, after getting and passing on a couple of them, as the workmanship and fitting of the replicas varies.Fell in love with .58"s when I bought my Navy Zouve. Have since bought a T/C Big Boar, Pedersoli Kodiak Dbl Brl and a Pedersoli Harpers Ferry Flintlock, all in .58. Wife thinks I have enough!
