A little more progress on my spontoons

James Gray III forged these two pointy devils for me recently and I've made a little more progress on hafting and brass tacking them. Both are forged according to my drawings I sent James; the one being longer and hammer finished with a rougher forged appearance and the newest one being slightly shorter and wider and smooth finished. The blade on the shorter one is around 5.5 inches to the notches and the other is a couple of inches longer. Just need to get the BLING! off the brass tacks. The pics were shot in poor lighting late at night and don't do justice the to hawks. Hats off :hatsoff: again to you James, thanks!
