Congratulations. Great looking wheellock. For many of us, there is always that something "extra" being able to shoot an original.
I've read that sometime in the 18th Century Austria/Germany there was a popular fad among the noble/wealthy to have custom made wheellock rifles (outdated by then) built for hunting. The dog (hammer) jaws not visible from the right side seems to be a characteristic of the wheelocks made during this period.
