Adjustable Shotgun Shot Measure

Just a new handle added to a factory made measure. The original is in the photo, it was a poor fit and did not have much color to it. I could have stained it and reattached it, but turning a new one was more fun.

Very nice modification. During the 1970's , and 1980's , flea mkts were the place to find original shot/powder measures. Got a couple around here somewhere.

The original looks to be a BGI, made with something like bass/balsa wood - to reduce the cost. Your wood choice looks good.
