I jumped at the opportunity to grab this rifle. A very fine example of an original rifle by Verner

The barrel is Getz 48" swamped marked #900 .54 1/56

The patch box is opened by depressing the round part of the toe plate. You cannot tell it's actually a release button

Inletting is all pretty exact fit. Neatly done.
